Job Specification:
1. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
a. To carry out service and repair of Franchised vehicles to satisfactory standards commensurate with a high level of customer satisfaction.
b. To carry out such servicing and repairs in a safe and economical manner.
2. RELATIONSHIPS AND PERSONAL ACTIVITIES
2.1 Directly responsible to:
Aftersales Manager
2.2 Responsible for:
Assigned apprentice, accuracy of work.
2.3 Relationships with:
Aftersales Manager, Service Receptionist, other Technicians and Apprentices, Warranty Administrator, Parts Staff, Health and Safety Officer and Customers.
Person Specification:
. EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING
a. To have served a recognised apprenticeship and have attained a recognised qualification.
b. To have undertaken manufacturer's training courses.
c. To have experience in the servicing and repair of motor vehicles.
