Job Description:
· To contact customers that referred from dealerships within the Group
· Propose finance deals to customers according to their needs and demands
· Get Finance proposals accepted with the finance companies, tracking their progress and completions in a thorough and organized manner
· Manage the finance performance of three commercial vehicle sites
· Provision of locum support to Business Managers across the group (via the telephone)
· General Administrative duties
· Preparation of performance management information
· Supporting the Group Finance Manager on a daily basis
· Explanation of APR and various finance packages to customers
Person Specification:
Person Specification:
· Previous experience of working within a Customer Service Environment (Call centre experience advantageous)
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to follow a set process
· Proven experience of working within a financial sector, preferably in an advisory capacity
· Previous retail finance experience highly advantageous.
· A-C passes in GCSE (or equivalent) in at least maths and English essential
· NVQ (or equivalent) in a finance related field would be highly advantageous
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages (inc. word and excel)
· Ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
